Terms & Conditions Of Service

The following Rules and Agreements, together with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) shall form the Terms & Conditions of Service you agree to when joining 30D-Ads. The statements made herein are intended to protect everyone participating in 30D-Ads.

We reserve the rights to add and alter them if deemed necessary. Please read carefully before signing up.

1. Age

You hereby agree that you are either 18 years of age or of legal age in terms of the governing laws in your country related to making decisions on financial issues.

2. Security

You hereby accept responsibility for keeping all your information private and secure including records of all transactions you make with 30D-Ads. We protect all our records, transactions and information by providing the maximum security we can on our servers.

3. Processors

We cannot guarantee any payment processors! The processors you use are your choice and we cannot be held responsible for the failure of any of your chosen payment processors.

4. Transactions

All transactions, purchases and withdrawals related to any advertising purchases will be deemed final. In the event of any dispute, such dispute must be sent to us via 'Contact Us' button from your member area. It will be investigated and resolved in relation to the Terms & Conditions Of Service and Frequently Asked Questions of our site.

5. Taxation

You accept sole responsibility for any and all appropriate taxes as charged within your country and hereby indemnify 30D-Ads and its owners of such a liability.

6. Cancellation

Any member can cancel or terminate his or her account at any time, without any given notice. 30D-Ads or its Management reserves the right to 'terminate with immediate effect and without notice' should any member be in breach of this agreement. This is not normally done, but can and will be enforced in serious or extreme cases.

7. Invitation

30D-Ads is not available to the general public pursue, unless invited in by one of the current registered members through their referral URL links. The use of 30D-Ads is restricted to registered members who have make an advertising purchase under any of our Advertising Plans. Each advertising purchase or upgrade deposit is deemed to be a private transaction between 30D-Ads and the registered user.

8. Private Transaction

As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured and are not a licensed bank, security firm or any other type of investment house, trader or broker.

9. Information

You hereby agree that all information, communication and material coming from or contained within 30D-Ads is unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any public disclosure. Moreover, the information, communication and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

10. Liability

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold all principals and registered members of 30D-Ads harmless of any liability. You are making advertising purchases at your own risk and agree that past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communication and materials you will find on this site are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not investment advice.

11. Ammendment

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions, rates, periods and any other financial information of 30D-Ads and the Advertising Plans at any time and at our sole discretion and without prior notice. This is done to respect the integrity and security of the member interests, the system, 30D-Ads and its owners. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review current updates to any Terms or Conditions Of Service.

12. Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration within 30D-Ads. In the event of such user having make advertising purchases, the purchases will either be accepted or be dealt with in accordance to the Terms & Conditions of Service governing 30D-Ads.

13. Publicity

We will not tolerate or accept any bad publicity of any nature, from anyone whatsoever. The posting of information in external media sources must be kept appropriate and in line with the terms, rules and regulations of this site. If you are unsure please ask first.

14. Membership

I anticipate to keep 30D-Ads open to accept new members for at least 12 months from our date of launch, we reserve the right to stop accepting new people into 30D-Ads at any given time. Registered members will have the option to make advertising purchases and to withdraw their advertising earnings.
